• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if work has already begun.

5. Shipping

• Processing times are listed on each product page.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays.

• Once packages are shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Stitch Script Studio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, though I will do my best to assist.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters, and I handle returns thoughtfully. Please review the detailed policy:

Items Not Eligible for Return (Hygiene Reasons)

For hats, ear warmers, or any item worn on the head, returns are not accepted due to strict hygiene and cleanliness concerns. Once tried on, these items cannot be resold safely.

Additionally, any custom item (size or color choice) cannot be returned.

Items Eligible for Return

Items such as bookmarks, keychains, and other non-wearable accessories may be returned.

Conditions for eligible returns:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

• No exchanges are offered. Instead, I will issue a refund, and you may purchase another item separately.

• Items will be inspected upon return before a refund is processed.

• Note: Custom color items cannot be returned

If you submit a review or testimonial:

• You grant me permission to display it on the website or marketing materials.

• You confirm it is your honest experience and does not include harmful or inappropriate content.
